Here you will see articles directly related to your services. Everything from updates, to server management tips. These articles are posted by LinX staff, customers and well knows figures in the Call of Duty community. There are many different uses for this community section including feedback, server monitors, mod help and prize giveaways.

You can submit your own articles in this section for approval by a member of staff, if we like it, we'll add it! Articles can range from keeping us up to date with your clan affairs, new mods you have tried out and would like to see on the LinX Panel to a review of your latest graphics card. There are no strict guidelines for articles, just make sure its well written and interesting.

You can now order and browse the site in no less than 3 currencies!

We've added the Euro (EUR) and the US Dollar (USD) to our billing system and the site in addition to our default currency. The British Pound (GBP). You can change the currency by clicking on the relevant flag to the left, below the navigation.



If you're an existing client this won't affect you or your subscriptions in anyway unless you change the accounts default currency. You can however browse the site in whatever currency you please without this being affected.

Today we have officially released our Counter Strike: Source Mods for use on the LinX Panel. We are updating all the new Source games we are now hosting with the standard Mods. Updates for the other Source Games are soon to follow.

The following have been added to the Mod install list for Counter Strike: Source -
-Source Mod
- Official Match Set ups for Enemy Down, ESL and ClanBase
-Automatic redirects for mods and maps.

If you want to suggest any more mods, we will be happy to add them to the LinX Panel for automatic 1 Click install.

Here at Linx we pride ourselves on a unique support system. We are not a large company, but we try hard to give you all the advantages of one. We advertise on the site that you can be in contact with Linx 24/7 and this is no hoax! All our staff have PDA's linked to our central ticketing system. These PDA's are also connected to our 0800 number, so even when we are not at the office, your phone call will be forwarded to us wherever we are. As well as this they are equipped with MSN so we're are always signed on.

You can be confident that however you contact Linx, your message will be received and replied to swiftly. Whilst we are still humans and do sleep sometimes, if you send in a request and we don't answer immediately you will get a reply within 24 hours without fail. Our average response time is well under an hour!

Who could turn invoice numbers into a fun game? Well we did! We are giving away one month free to the lucky client who gets the invoice #1337. Currently we are on Invoice #1130 so there is still some time to go, but keep an eye out on your invoice numbers, because you may just be the lucky winner!

We sometimes get orders that are never paid, so just in case invoice #1337 does land on one of these unfortunate orders, we will give away the free month to the next invoice #1338. So if you get an invoice number close to 1337, you may still be in for a chance.
